Earning points You earn 10 points per item ordered through the app. Points are credited after the order is completed.

Redeeming rewards Rewards unlock at point milestones (100, 200, 350, 500, 750, 1000). Once claimed, a reward is automatically applied to your next order. One reward per order.

Reward expiration Points don't expire as long as your account is active and you place at least one order every 12 months.

No cash value Points and rewards have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and aren't valid with other promotions.

Program changes Dubai Bites may change or end the rewards program at any time. We'll give you at least 30 days notice for major changes.
